Our mission
A condominium association keeps reserve studies, audits, and engineering reports so that owners can plan for the day the building needs work. Those documents are supposed to track the building. When the picture the records show stops matching the building’s real condition, owners are left making major financial decisions without the facts they need.
The Coalition exists to close that gap. We gather the Association’s own records, organize them, and make them available to members in plain language — so each owner can see the same facts the board sees and reach their own conclusions.
What we do
We collect the studies, audits, engineering assessments, board minutes, and correspondence that document how our building got here — primary sources, not rumor.
We turn dense reports into short, readable briefings written at a level any owner can follow, with every claim tied back to a document on file.
We frame the questions owners should be able to answer before any vote — objective, transparent, and focused on the facts rather than on politics.
What we stand for
Membership is open to Sea Vista owners. Members get a private account with access to our full library of fact-based briefings and the underlying record. Request an account and we’ll verify you as an owner before approving access.
